Located in the sky on a self-sustaining helicarrier, this is the base of operations for the ‘new and improved’ SHIELD – now the acting government of the United States and parts of the World. It is the central command center for all SHIELD forces and the Dark Avengers, defended by satellite intervention and super-powered meta-humans.

The original mansion rebuilt and reformatted, this is where the Dark Avengers are supposed to reside. Technologically sound with direct communication to the helicarrier, it stands as a reminder to the population that they are both protected and policed by this team of fearless beings hand-picked by the Baron.

Originally known as Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters, the school was no longer required in this mutant-friendly future and has been claimed by the foremost leader of mutant-kind, Mystique. Both her residence and a place for homeless or abandoned mutants to call home, many know that it is strictly off-limits to any and all beyond children.

Once the residence of Earth’s foremost super-family, the building has been turned into a monument to the legacy of the cruelty of the West during the old wars. Personally overseen by Baron Zemo himself, the building is designed as both an attraction to civilization and a means for him to gain public approval. It sheds light on the cruelty of black government programs such as Weapon X and the Invaders.

The most prestigious city in the world remains as splendorous as it once was. Yet, it is no secret that SHIELD has ears and eyes everywhere. Humans hang their heads low and keep to their own business as Agents patrol the streets. At night, Times Square comes to life as the hub of the city, where frequent games involving concentration camp prisoners occur for the amusement of the general populace.

Los Angeles has remained oddly untouched by the reign of Zemo. Policed, naturally, by Zemo’s web of information and force – the city is oddly peaceful. Many speculate that this is in fact where Baron Zemo actually resides. All that is known is that it there are constant vehicular transports going to and fro from the city.

The original Avengers are in hiding here on the outskirts of NYC. In a facility built by Tony Stark, they prepare for their eventual return to civilization and their means to destroy Zemo’s carefully constructed house of cards.

Rather than jails, all criminals, mutant or human are diverted to one of two camps – one for humans, one for mutants. Harshly patrolled with little to no good-treatment, many prefer death to ending locked in here. Every week, at random, combatants are taken from the camps and transported to NYC, where they participate in the Times Square Games.

Zemo’s reach has not consumed the entire world. Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Oceania remain untouched by his grasp. However, most of Europe has either succumbed to his control or are direct subordinates of his rule.

Mortal years have changed little for Asgard. It is still ruled by the benevolence of Odin and protected by the Warriors Three and Heimdall.

A place where only the supernatural dwell, and where the fearless dare to tread. Existing between realms, it is the home to nothing and a dungeon for everything.

Littered with satellites used for Zemo’s mass-policing of Earth, the orbit of Earth is a little crowded. However, not all satellites are owned by SHIELD, as there are a number of SWORD constructs still intact, much to the dismay of the Baron.

Remember a world before the Baron. A world before Loki. Dreams are all we have when reality becomes too difficult – so the helpless venture here. Any plots prior to the six year jump will be moved here.

If six years is not enough, you may jump even further here. If your plot concerns another character, please check with the user before finalizing the details – as they may disagree with the occurrences.

Non-canon and not related to the current reality, you may plot out anything you wish here – provided it involves your characters, of course
